Low Calorie Vietnamese Noodle Bowl
225 Reviews
One of our favourite spring and summer time, salad bowls is our Low Calorie Vietnamese Noodle Bowl.
Inspired from a traditinal Vietnamese dish known as; bun hit nuong. This plant-powered version still encompases many traditional elements and unique flavours sure to tantalise the taste buds, whilst nourishing your cells.
Shredded tofu marinated in our house made terriyaki sauce, served on a bed of vermicelli noodles with raw julienned seasonal vegetables. When in season, the veggie mix will also include green papaya. Accompanied with a tranditionally inspired Nuoc Cham sauce which will be salty, tangy and sweet with a hint of subtle spice all in one!
Enjoy all the colours of the rainbow in this fresh, nutritionally abundant and delicious Veitnamese Noodle Bowl.
Enjoy me fresh.
