Creamy Alfredo with Shiitake Mushrooms and Truffle Salt

Creamy Alfredo with Shiitake Mushrooms and Truffle Salt

226 Reviews

One of our originals... more wholesome, even better tasting and with added shitake, white organic wine and a sprinkle of truffle salt!!

Our house made alfredo sauce is made from soaked cashews, coconut cream, fresh thyme and garlic.
We add, seasonal mushrooms sauted in organic preservative free white wine, served on a bed of gluten free pasta made from buckwheat, quinoa, corn and rice flour.

We also add a portion of seasonal green vegetbales, to help increase the nutritional profle of the meal, ensuring that you are getting your veggies in for the day!

Topped with a sprinkle of truffle salt, making this alfredo that little bit extra special.

We source our truffle salt from Farm Fresh Truffles in Pemberton Western Australia.

We source premium certified organic, preservative free white wine from Raw Vine Australia.

Please note: Due to seasonal availability of ingredients and fresh produce, there may be some slight variations to this meal. However it will always be 100% certified organic. Please check the label on the meal for correct nutritional data 😊 🌱
