Simply select 5 or 7 days, review the meal plan and swap any meals with the carefully selected options, to create your personalised meal plan for the week ahead.

All meals are low in fat, sodium and are under 400 calories.


We suggest that your breakfast everyday could be a fresh cold pressed juice or smoothie made from organic wholefoods. Simply add the juicing and fruit box in your plan before checkout.
