    Ayurvedic Kitchari with White Rice

    304 Reviews

Inspired by traditional Ayurvedic nutritional philosophy, this Kitchari is easy to digest, said to have gut healing properties and is full of essential vitamins and minerals designed to promote balance and support wellbeing.

We have added white rice for those wanting a more traditional version.

We have used a warming organic herbal blend including ginger, fennel, coriander seed, fenugreek, turmeric and cumin seed.

Made from a combination of moong dahl and chana dahl, with our signature vegetable broth and whole seasonal vegetables. We have also added coconut cream as a healthy fat source, which is designed to help carry the nutrients for optimal absorption without adding excessive saturated fat.

Many yogis enjoy this dish for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.  It is also often used in Panchakarma or kitchari cleanses.

A weekly staple that is nourishing and pleasant to eat.

Please note: Due to seasonal availability of ingredients and fresh produce, there may be some slight variations to this meal. However it will always be 100% certified organic. Please check the label on the meal for correct nutritional data 😊 🌱
