Go vegan this January 2024 with Veganuary and Garden of Vegan!
Veganuary is an annual worldwide campaign (started in the UK) encouraging people to try vegan for January and beyond. This 100% free program starts with a 31-day email journey and includes resources such as meal plans, nutritional advice, recipes, and more. It encourages everyone to go vegan and we encourage everyone to try it.
Focus on your health and learn about plant-based foods and how eating plant-based can provide numerous health benefits, and can help improve the environment and the welfare of animals.
Plus, if you want to try new delicious foods and you don't want to cook, we deliver nutritious and certified organic and dairy-free meals, that are always gluten-free, additive-free, and preservative-free.
The vegan diet
A vegan diet is food made from plants (vegetables, nuts, grains, and fruits) and does not include any food that comes from animals or ingredients that come from animal sources. It's also called a plant-based diet. If your food does not come from animals or animal sources then it's called vegan or plant-based.
Garden of Vegan meals are 100% plant-based and certified organic. Plus we have plant-based sides, pantry items and produce boxes!
Why going vegan can improve your health
A balanced, wholefood plant-based diet has been scientifically proven to be the optimal diet for human health. It has also been proven to be effective in reversing, managing, or treating many modern lifestyle diseases and illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer's, autoimmune conditions, and some cancers.
Wherever you are on your health journey, we have meals, sides, pantry items, and much more to help you achieve your health goals. And, all Garden of Vegan meals are always certified organic, gluten-free, preservative-free, and additive-free, so we focus on health as well as taste!
