Store in an airtight glass container in a cool and dry location that is void from direct sunlight.
    Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
This will last up to 18 months when stored correctly. Please see the Best Before Date.

We suggest soaking all beans and legumes for 12-24 hours prior to cooking. Make sure you drain the soaking water and rinse well.
Beans can be cooked on the stove top, slow cooker or pressure cooked.
If cooking on stove top, add soaked and rinsed beans to a large pot. Cover completely with water having excess. Bring to the boil for 10 minutes and scoop out any foam that appears.
Cook on medium heat for an additional 45-90 minutes until tender.
Keep an eye on water level and add more when necessary.

Cannellini beans are popular in many Italian and Mediterranean style dishes.
They can be added to salads, soups, stews or pasta dishes for added nutrition. Our favourite is to include them in a classic minestrone soup. They mash up easily when cooked and can be added to dips like hummus or sneaked into brownies or baked goods to enhance nutrition and fudge-like consistency.
