A tasty blend of activated Brazil nuts, Cashews, Walnuts, Almonds and Pecans.
A delicious snack or additive to any meal throughout the day, meeting many nutrient requirements in abundance.
This mix has been activated meaning each individual nut has been soaked for an extended period of time in slightly salted water to simulate their sprouting conditions. This removes a significant amount of toxins present (such as phytic acid) and enzyme inhibitors that all nuts and seeds naturally contain as defense mechanisms. This process improves digestion and nutrient absorption in the body.
They are then dehydrated at a low temperature helping maximise their natural nutritional value.
For this mix, an added step has been included, being an additional light roasting to maximise crunch and flavour, without loosing any nutrient value.
A handful of nuts a day may help keep the doctor away!
