A heart and satisfying meal of beans, broccoli and sweet potato. I added chilli flakes for an extra kick. I love that the broccoli holds a firm texture when the meal is heated.

I was a bit worried about this one as I don't normally like spicy food. It has a mild spice but isn't overpowering. Overall it's really nice and tastes great mixed in with the sweet potato mash.
