This has been one of my favourite dishes as it's so tasty and healthy. I cooked basmati rice to go with it, so it served 2, which was great. I agree with others that I'd like a much higher proportion of vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower the hot meals.
All of my family loved this. Wholesome and yummy.
I like the flavour but there was not much with the casserole i.e. the Afrikaan stew comes with rice and quinoa and has more vegetables. I think it would also be great if there were a few more side vegetables with the meals.
It was decent. Have LOVED every other meal and always satisfied. This was the first meal I thought it needed either broccoli or I felt like some crusty bread with it.
Good source of fibre, needed some more flavour and a better variety of vegetables
